I don't know if this is a bug in the mercurial installation or in the<br>
tortoisehg installation but in the mercurial.ini distributed with<br>
tortoisehg there should be a line for the churn extension shouldn't there?<br>

<br>In the new forest based installer repo, those lines in the global Mercurial.ini<br>were all commented out for clarity. I also updated the list with the extensions<br>that have been added to hgext/ in the last year or so. Churn was among those.<br>
